Since the early 2000’s, Kel has embarked on a heartfelt yoga journey, finding solace and liberation from the high-pressure corporate world. In 2007, she obtained her first 200-hour yoga certification outside Chicago, commencing a year-long apprenticeship. Over the years, Kel's passion for yoga has led her to continue her education by embracing various styles, learn from renowned teachers, guest teach at local and international yoga retreats, and managing Los Angeles based yoga studios. Kel continiously expands her understanding of healing, women’s wisdom traditions and holistic medicine. She has become a versatile yogini, specializing in one-on-one yoga sessions, workshops, women's healing circles, yoga for athletes and corporate yoga.Kel is a seasoned instructor in Yoga and Meditation, with a deep affinity for Healing Yin, Gentle and Restorative Yoga. Her therapeutic classes are celebrated for creating a tranquil and nurturing atmosphere, fostering self-exploration and healing. Through imaginative sequences and curated playlists, Kel guides individuals to feel supported and at ease while enhancing self-awareness. She's dedicated to helping clients and students manage stress, release physical tension, and embrace a yoga practice that resonates with them, all while infusing love, joy and fun into every session.
